I am so glad you're here. Today we're going to talk about four self care practices to enhance your healthy lifestyle.

In functional/integrative medicine, the goal is to get the foundation right. Because when you get the foundation right, then you can build your house. Whereas, conventional medicine just kind of sees a little crack in the wall and says, hmm, we'll put this band-aid on that.

Not so with functional/integrative medicine. We want to get the foundation right, so that the house will stand. And that's the way the best health care is going to be. I see functional/integrative medicine as the way healthcare is going to be within the next 10 to 20 years. It's going to be commonplace.

In this sesion, we're going to be talking about the four self care practices so that you live a long, healthy life. I love teaching people how to become the CEO of their health.

Research shows that people who take time to recharge and restore are more creative, happier, successful, and live a healthier life. Who doesn't want that? So I'm going to go ahead and have you identify areas in your life that you're doing really well in, and then those that could use more of your time and your attention.
